Question 1

Does PuffTuff verify that someone meets an age requirement?

Accepted Answer

The Arete storefront asks visitors to confirm they meet its current minimum age (21 by default) before viewing listings, product details, cart controls, or checkout review. PuffTuff records each guest decision and its timestamp against an anonymous browser token; no account is needed. This is self-attestation, not identity or date-of-birth verification. Order placement remains unavailable.

Question 2

What does the Arete catalog show?

Accepted Answer

The public catalog shows records saved from Arete’s National catalog initial listing batch, with source prices and inventory labels when listed. This snapshot is for browsing only; it does not reserve inventory or place orders. The source can show additional records through its “Load More” control and may change its catalog.

Question 3

Can I review an Arete lab report?

Accepted Answer

When a source lab-report reference is available for a catalog record, the listing links to that source PDF. A missing link means the public catalog snapshot did not provide a reference; PuffTuff does not independently verify product testing or batches.

Question 4

How does the shipping check work?

Accepted Answer

Enter a two-letter U.S. state abbreviation. The app checks for an explicit Arete shipping rule for that state. No state rules are currently configured, so destinations are unverified and checkout remains blocked.

Question 5

What does a shipping result tell me?

Accepted Answer

A failed or unverified check does not confirm that a destination is eligible. Even a result based on an explicit permitted shipping rule would cover only that app rule; it would not verify age, product records, lab documents, availability, or payment. The storefront does not verify medical suitability or determine legal status.
